In-Field Recruiter

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group is seeking a In-Field Recruiter.

The In Field Recruiter will be responsible for proactively recruiting and building pipelines of highly qualified candidates across a variety of positions in Mortgage Operations. This includes developing and implementing the college and veteran recruitment programs that will strengthen Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group’s ability to attract, assess, select and integrate top talent into the organization.  

Essential Functions for the Role:

  • Must be able to capture the culture of Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group and represent it to all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Must be passionate about people, be an active listener, energetic and have a 100% “can do” attitude.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with universities while strategically sourcing and screening candidates to ensure we’re hiring the best talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to generate new ideas, leverage resources and networks to continuously innovate the recruiting process for Campus and Veteran recruiting.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience of university recruiting experience with a proven track record.
  • Extensive travel during peak recruiting season, typically Sept-Oct and Jan-Mar.
  • Strong use of social media tools.
  • Should be a self-starter with a high level of initiative.
  • Experience with creating new recruiting approaches for campus or veteran recruiting programs.
  • Strong Applicant Tracking System knowledge is required.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Should have a sense of urgency, responsiveness and be able to communicate with all levels within an organization.
  • Must be patient, calm under pressure and bring a team first attitude.

This position is remote capable.
